Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.mintecocarwash.com and its related pages (the “Site”) and your purchase of services from Mint Eco Car Wash Holdings LLC and its subsidiaries (“Mint Eco,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information — including cookies and how to opt out of non-essential ones — and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Our Services
Mint Eco operates car wash and detail centers in Palm Beach County, Florida. Through the Site you can view services and pricing, join the Unlimited Wash Club, schedule detail services, claim promotional offers, and purchase gift cards.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases through the Site or enroll in a membership, and you agree to provide accurate, current information when you do.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are posted on the Site and at our locations and may change at any time. Vehicle size and condition may affect pricing for certain services. Applicable taxes will be added. Payment is due at the time of service or, for memberships, charged automatically as described below.
Unlimited Wash Club Membership
- Recurring billing. Membership is billed automatically each month to your card on file on your renewal date — the monthly anniversary of your signup date — until you cancel.
- Month-to-month. Your membership is month-to-month and can be managed anytime through our online Customer Portal — change the card on file, update your license plate, freeze your membership, change your membership level, or cancel.
- Per vehicle. Each membership is valid for one (1) vehicle, identified by license plate. Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared between vehicles.
- Member benefits and pricing. Members receive the program benefits and discounts described on the Site. Program benefits and discounts are subject to change at any time. If monthly membership pricing changes, members will receive at least 30 days’ notice by email and/or text message.
- Cancellation. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel through the Customer Portal at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Late cancellations are not refunded, and we do not provide refunds for unused time once a charge has been processed.
- Failed or expired payments. If the card on file is declined or expired, we may cancel your membership if a valid card is not provided within 15 days.
- Promotional signups. Customers who join using a promotional (discounted) offer are not eligible for another promotional membership for 12 months from the original sign-up date.
- Communications. By enrolling, you consent to receive emails and text messages from Mint Eco regarding your account and exclusive promotions. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.
- Fair use. We may suspend or end a membership for misuse or violation of these Terms.
Ofertas promocionales
Promotional offers (for example, new-customer wash or detail offers) are subject to the eligibility rules stated with each offer, are limited to one per customer or vehicle unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. We may void offers obtained through fraud or misuse.
Tarjetas de regalo
Gift cards are redeemable for wash and detail services at Mint Eco locations and cannot be applied to Unlimited Wash Club membership charges. Gift cards purchased through the Site are delivered by email. Gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. They are not redeemable or refundable for cash except where required by law, and lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
Appointments
Detail appointments can be scheduled through the Site. Please arrive on time; we may need to reschedule for weather, staffing, or vehicle-condition reasons. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible.
Vehicle Condition and Damage Claims
Please remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle before service. Although our wash is safe, we are not responsible for: antennas (including shark fins), bug shields, luggage and bike racks, loose trim, wiper blades and arms, glued spoilers, any non-factory-installed items, or vehicles ten (10) years or older — all of which are serviced at the owner’s risk. We are also not responsible for any pre-existing damage to a vehicle.
Vehicles with body damage, loose chrome, or non-standard accessories should not use the wash. Oversized vehicles and dual-wheel vehicles cannot be washed, and their owners are responsible for any damage they cause to car wash property. Open pickup beds must be cleared of all debris prior to washing.
Any claim of damage must be reported to on-site management before leaving the premises so that we can review it promptly, including camera footage where available. Our full Vehicle Damage & Liability Policy is posted at each tunnel entrance.
Acceptable Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site — including no unlawful use, no interference with its operation, no scraping or automated data collection, and no attempts to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including the Mint Eco name, logos, photographs, and text — are owned by or licensed to Mint Eco and protected by law. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
Disclaimers
The Site and our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mint Eco will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability arising out of the Site or our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Mint Eco harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
Governing Law; Dispute Resolution; Arbitration
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court — except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. The arbitration will take place in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless you and Mint Eco agree otherwise. The arbitrator, and not any court, shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement, including any claim that all or any part of this agreement is void or voidable. You and Mint Eco each waive the right to a jury trial.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You and Mint Eco waive the right to participate in a class action. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the remainder of this arbitration provision shall remain in full force.
Any claim not subject to arbitration will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
