Mint Eco Car Wash Holdings LLC (“Mint Eco,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates car wash and detail centers in Palm Beach County, Florida, and the website www.mintecocarwash.com, including its related booking, membership, and promotional offer pages (together, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site and in connection with our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information You Provide to Us
- Contact and signup forms. Your name, email address, and phone number when you subscribe to our newsletter, contact us, claim a promotional offer, or request information.
- Membership and purchases. When you join the Unlimited Wash Club or make a purchase through the Site, we collect your name, contact information, vehicle information, and payment card details. Payment card information is collected and processed by our point-of-sale system and its payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
- Appointments. Vehicle and contact details you provide when scheduling a detail service.
- Careers. Information you submit when applying for a position with us.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring pages, and date/time of visits — collected through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics deployed through Google Tag Manager.
- Advertising data. We use advertising tags and pixels (such as the Meta pixel and Google Ads tags) to measure our marketing and to show you relevant ads on other platforms (remarketing).
- Vehicle identification. Our wash entrances use license plate recognition (LPR) cameras that read the license plates of vehicles entering the wash. We use this information to recognize member vehicles — so your gate opens and your wash starts automatically — and to open and process wash orders for non-member customers. Plate information is associated with your membership or transaction record.
How We Use Information
- To provide and manage our services, including memberships, appointments, promotional offers, and gift cards.
- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To send you news and offers by email and text message — you can opt out at any time.
- To measure and improve our marketing, our services, and the Site.

How We Share Information
