Update Regarding on-demand interiors at 1890 Palm beach lakes

Dear Members,

Since we started Mint Eco in 2019, we have always committed to clear, honest, and consistent communication with our Members. It is one of our six cultural tenets as a company, and how we believe we will succeed long term (you can read more about that here).

As such, we are writing to let you know that we will be merging our on-demand interior service department (10-minute interior) at our 1890 Palm Beach Lakes location into our Detailing Department starting on April 1.

This means that moving forward, all interior services will need to be scheduled through our new online scheduling tool (linked here). The new options for interior services at Palm Beach Lakes will be our Mini Interior (45-minutes) and our Full Interior (90-minutes). All other detailing services will continue to be available as well via our award-winning team of experts (you can view the full menu here).

On-demand, 10-minute interior services will still be available for purchase at our two other West Palm Beach locations (316 Southern Boulevard and 1950 Golden Lakes Boulevard) as well as our Jupiter location (220 Maplewood Drive). If you were not aware, Members at Mint Eco can redeem their benefits at ALL current (and future) Mint Eco locations.

Why are we making this change? 

The honest answer is that we have not had enough demand at this new location to date for this service, in order to support the high-cost infrastructure of the department. Our plan is to bring the service back at some point in the future as the Member population grows and matures to a level where the natural demand can support the service.

For those curious, we have offered the employees from this department positions in other departments or locations within our organization. We, of course, remain committed to keeping our employees happy, along with our Members and Guests.

As a reminder, we also offer free vacuums all day, every day, at this location (and 1950 Golden Lakes Boulevard) for our Members and Guests for those who enjoy working on their vehicles. We have also completed our driveway renovation at 316 Southern Boulevard as of Tuesday, April 2, making it easier once again to access our flagship location!
